Slavic languages club

Slavic Languages Club was created in 2013 by professors and students of Slavic languages classes of  the Department of Balkan, Slavic and Oriental Studies in the context of learning, teaching, persisting and promoting Slavic languages. (The Faculty Assembly authorized the creation of the Slavic Language Club: 185/24.10.2014).

The members of the Club meet regularly so as to discuss about a specific agenda. The target of their gatherings is communication and creativity, exchange of ideas, sentiments and concerns that emerge from their personal experiences, in a context of a pluralistic and collective discussion. The members of the club are sharing their love of Slavic languages and enjoy conversations concerning linguistic, literature and historical matters that are connected to the Slavic language. Also, they organize several cultural events and activities. Participation in the Slavic Language Club is voluntary and is addressed to the students that learn or are already familiar with one of the Slavic languages.
